Intelligent traffic management systems

WHO WE
ARE

Traffic Technique S.A. is a commercial and construction company that operates in the field of road traffic management.

More

We offer integrated solutions ranging from the planning of a traffic signalling installation with the aid of sophisticated optimisation software on an intersection or network level,
to the supplying, installing, maintaining and telematic supervising of its equipment.

TRAFFIC SIGNALING

The company is the exclusive representative in Greece of the Italian manufacturer S.C.A.E. S.p.A. (traffic control equipment, signal heads, traffic poles, cabinets, controllers)

TRAFFIC DETECTION

We have acquired extensive know-how in the application of traffic detection systems by constructing a large number of inductive loops and by installing detectors of cutting edge technology, such as radar detectors and visual detectors (Video Detection – Cameras).

SERVICES

We have constructed and subsequently supported a large amount of traffic signalling installations in the Greek region. The technical support relates to the maintenance, supervision of the operation by means of remote control servers owned by our company, modifications/upgrades and improvements of the installations’ equipment.

AT THE CUTTING EDGE OF TECHNOLOGY

We optimise the traffic signalling programs by employing the internationally acclaimed TRL Transyt_15 software. We implement traffic adaptive algorithms for its dynamic regulation, by utilizing the most modern detection and counting methods, inductive loops, microwave (radar), video image processing (cameras).

COMPLETE SUPPORT

Our main priority is the continuous support of the installations which we construct, with the purpose of achieving their (reasonably feasible) uninterrupted operation (MTBF increase) and its readjustment to varying traffic conditions, in order to serve the traffic flow as optimally as possible, to diminish the delays and lost man-hours, the vehicle fuel consumption and the air pollution.
